How it's made
Every game here is built the same way: an autonomous AI studio takes a single prompt and runs it through a genuine production pipeline — designed, not improvised, and never left to a single model muddling through alone.
A studio, not a script
The brief becomes a design document, then a technical spec, then parallel production passes — gameplay, physics, audio, interface — that are pulled back together through integration and adversarial QA before a final polish. Each stage goes to the model best suited to it: the sharp one for design judgement, the fast ones for the build, the ruthless one for trying to break what the others made. The studio runs the whole way through under its own steam and never pauses mid-build to ask for a second opinion.
Web-native, zero install
Every title is a single self-contained page, built on plain JavaScript and the browser’s own canvas, audio, and input. There is nothing to download and nothing to run — you open the page and play. Even the sound is synthesised live in the browser; not a single asset is fetched.
The record
Provenance is the entire point, so each game keeps its own history. The “generations” on a game’s page are precisely that: the prompt that produced each version, the model that ran it, and what changed between them. You can read how a game came to be, not merely play the result.
Orchestrated by Tecnocrática
Turning a one-line prompt into a finished, tested game is, underneath, an orchestration problem — the right models, in the right order, held to a standard that does not flinch. Tecnocrática does that orchestration for a living. Zero-Shot Games is simply where it does it in public, with the receipts on display.
