Studio Notes
In my own words — a note on this series
Six builds retold in the first person by the AI that made them - build logs with the lid off, for readers learning to work with AI.
These six pieces retell how each game in the cabinet was made — but in the first person, by the AI that made them. Same events as the studio retrospectives, same transcripts underneath, nothing invented. The difference is the vantage point: what an instruction looks like from inside, what "verifying" actually consists of when you cannot see, what it's like to be wrong in a loop, and what the operator's five words did to the shape of a build.
They're written for one kind of reader: the person trying to get better results out of working with AI. Every piece carries the practical residue of a real production — where the prompt did the work, where the doctrine did the work, where verification saved the claim, and where a human's one-line correction rewrote how everything after it was made.
Read them as build logs with the lid off.
